Cooking Just Egg: Before cooking, give the bag a light squeeze to break up any large chunks. Add oil to a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Use about 1 teaspoon per serving or 1 tablespoon for the whole bag. Pour desired serving size of Just Egg Chopped into the warmed skillet, stir and cook covered for 5 minutes. Uncover and stir again. Cover and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until all contents are hot and delicious. Stir the final mix and serve immediately. Cook time: 8 to 10 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Perishable - keep frozen. Do not thaw.
