5 lb masa. Maseca: 2 cups and Water: 1-1/2 cups. 550 g masa 1.2 lb. masa. Instructions to prepare masa: In a bowl, combine Maseca Anjotiros corn masa flour with water. Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes until you form a soft dough. If dough feels dry, add teaspoons of water (one by one). Keep mass in a container with lid or cover with a plastic bag. Refrigerate, if not used immediately. If masa dehydrated, add small amounts of water to recover softness. To prepare a great variety of dishes.
