Bake frozen plant-based tenders on a nonstick baking sheet for 16 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through. 8-3/4 - 10-3/4 mins. Microwave (1100 watt)/Oven: short on time? Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place two frozen plant-based tenders on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 45 seconds. Transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once halfway through. 14 - 16 mins. Countertop air fryer: Arrange single layer of plant-based tenders on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 14 to 16 minutes. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving.
