Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Directions Shape into 4 oz. patties approximately 1/2 inch thick, and season as desired. Add patties so they do not touch. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through and meat thermometer reads 165F throughout the patty. For crumbles, preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350F. Crumble in a single layer and stir constantly for 7 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and meat thermometer reads 165F. To measure internal temperature, place crumbles into a mound and insert meat thermometer into center, being careful not to touch skillet. Ground turkey should be cooked thoroughly.
