Directions
Marinate Poki Style: Cut raw tuna into small cubes and toss with the dressing. Allow to marinate for 20 to 30 minutes prior to serving. Marinate to Cook: Marinate for up to 60 minutes and quickly sear or grill fish. (Best with firm-fleshed fish, such as tuna, swordfish, mahi mahi and yellowtail). Use additional dressing as a light sauce. Dressing: Simply shake and use as a light dressing for salads or a unique Asian slaw. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
