Emerald Energizer Smoothie
This smoothie is a green dream—and packed with healthy goodness! The emerald hue comes from kale, kiwi and avocado. Flax seed, protein powder and almond milk will keep you full until lunch. Banana and pineapple round out the smooth fruitiness.
Total cook time
- 1 cup O Organics® vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup torn kale
- 1 kiwi (peeled)
- 1 Tbs fresh, ripe avocado
- 2 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender and let whirl until smooth.
Add a splash of water or ice if needed. Enjoy—this boost will carry you through the morning!
