Thaw shrimp per package instructions.
Soak wooden skewers in water.
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, ketchup, garlic, lemon juice, ginger and cilantro. (Reduce amount of chili-garlic sauce, as needed, for less spice.)
Reserve 3 tablespoons of marinade for basting shrimp while grilling. Set aside.
Place shrimp and remaining marinade in a gallon-size resealable bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat and oil grill.
Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers. Discard marinade in bag.
Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes per side until opaque, basting with reserved marinade.
