Our process is simple. We source the building blocks of meat directly from plants. Using heating, cooling and pressure, we create the fibrous texture of meat from plant-based proteins. Then, we mix in fats, minerals, and carbohydrates to replicate the appearance, juiciness, and flavor of meat. The result? Uncompromisingly delicious plant-based burgers, sausage, and more, no sacrifice required.

Directions
Storage & Prep: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Cook from frozen. Cook times may vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook Method: Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil skillet. Add frozen Beyond Steak and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to your liking and enjoy. Air Fryer: In a single layer, add frozen Beyond Steak to air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and cook for 4-5 minutes. Season to your liking and enjoy. Not Recommended: Microwave and oven.
