Pressure Cook: What You'll Need! 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts or 2 lbs. pork shoulder or pork butt (trimmed and cut into 3 pieces) 1 packet of seasoning mix 1/3 cup water Pressure Cooker Instructions Place chicken or pork in Crockpot Express Pressure Cooker. Mix seasoning mix with 1 cup water and pour over chicken or pork. Lock lid. Select high pressure and cook for 60 minutes. After cooking, turn to off position and use quick pressure release. Remove chicken or pork from pressure cooker. Shred chicken or pork, using two forks. Return chicken or pork to pressure cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving. Serve in Ortega taco shells or tortillas. Remove chicken or pork from slow cooker. Shred chicken or pork, using two forks. 5. Return chicken or pork to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving. Serve in Ortega taco shells or tortillas. Do not remove cover during cooking.
