Directions Do not cook in pouch. Preparation of Gnocchi: Cooking Instructions: Remove from vacuum pouch. Add 1 lb. gnocchi to 4 quarts of rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. Boil for 3-4 minutes or until gnocchi float to top while stirring occasionally. Drain in colander. Serve with your favorite sauce and grated cheese. Remaining uncooked gnocchi should be sealed in plastic bag and placed in freezer.
