Directions Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Deep Fry: Use an electric deep fryer or a deep pan on a stove. Pour enough oil to fully cover potato balls. Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Fry defrosted potato balls for 2 minutes until golden brown. Oven: Preheat oven at 350 degrees F, lightly brush or spray defrosted potato balls with oil. Place defrosted potato balls in one layer on a cookie sheet and heat 4-5 minutes until hot.
