Directions Make an easy meal in 5 min. Cooking instructions: Do not defrost. If any Cavatelli are frozen together, do not separate. They will usually separate during cooking. For best results, use stovetop cooking instructions. For food safety and quality follow these cooking instructions. Please into boiling water. Gently stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Drain carefully. Stovetop: Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a boil. (Salt water if desired.) Add Cavatelli to boiling water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until desired tenderness. Stirring occasionally. Drain carefully and serve with your favorite sauce. Microwave: (Tested in a 1200 watt oven. Microwave ovens vary: adjust cook times accordingly.) Mix together 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce with 1 cup of Cavatelli. Place in a microwave dish and cover. Heat on High Power (100%) for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway. Let stand, covered, for 1-2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully as steam is hot. Keep frozen.
