Take care when handling hot pouch. Stovetop (recommended): Empty beans into a sauce pan and simmer over medium heat until desired temperature. Stir occasionally. Microwave: Tear pouch 2 inches to vent. Heat in microwave on high for 1 minute (oven times may vary).
