Just heat and serve. Refrigerate after opening. Serving suggestions (serves 6-10): As a substitute for rice, pasta or potato. Grill or sauce according to direction. Slice in 1/2" slices and spoon your favorite sauce or stew over the polenta slices. Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high and brush well with olive oil. Open package and slice. Polenta into 1/2" slices. Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and your favorite seasoning. Grill until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes per side. If desired, top with grated parmesean cheese during last minute of grilling. Serve hot. Sauteing: Heat 1 tbs. olive oil in medium frying pan on medium-high heat. Saute 2 cloves of garlic until fragrant and golden. Remove the garlic and discard. Open polenta package and slice polenta in 1/2" slices. Saute 5 minutes on each side. Season to taste with salt, pepper and your favorite herbs. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. Maria's pizza polenta: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Open package and slice polenta into 1/2" slices. Brush both sides of slices with olive oil and brush a baking sheet with olive oil. Arrange slices on prepared baking sheet in single layer. Top each slice with pizza sauce and your favorite pizza toppings. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake until heated through and cheese melts - about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
