Directions Handling Instructions: Turn bag inside out for easy removal of dough. Contents in bag will make one 12 inch, 14 inch, or 16 inch pizza. For Sicilian style (thick crush) pizzas, or square style party pizzas, use 2 bags of pizza dough. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Do not consume raw uncooked dough. Pizza: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F - 475 degrees F. 2. Grease 14 inch - 16 inch pan or tray. Stretch or roll out dough to fit oiled pan. 3. Top with your favorite sauce and spread out evenly. Leave about one inch around the edge. 4. Sprinkle cheese around the edge covering the sauce and add your favorite toppings. 5. Place pizza on center rack of oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and internal temperature reaches at least 180 degrees F. Calzone: 1. Cut dough ball into 2 pieces stretch out each piece to a 12 inch circle. 2. Place your cheese filling in center of each circle and top with pre-cooked meats and sauce. 3. Fold dough over to form a half circle and crimp edges with a standard fork. 4. Brush the pizza dough with egg or olive oil. 5. Cut two slits (one to two inches long) on top of each calzone and place on pre-oiled pan. 6. Bake at 450 degrees F - 475 degrees F for approximately 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Great for breadsticks, rolls and calzones. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
