You Will Need: 1 1/2 pounds chicken, cut in bite-sized pieces. 2 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 red bell pepper, cut in bite-sized pieces. 1 pouch simply organic general tso's simmer sauce. Directions: 1. In a wide skillet or work, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes, until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside. 2. Add bell pepper to pan and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes, then return chicken to skillet. 3. Add sauce and cook, stirring, 1 to 2 more minutes, until thickened slightly. Remove from heat. 4. Serve with a side of steamed rice and sesame seed garnish. Chef Suggest: For a vegan version, substitute 16 to 18 oz diced, well-drained extra-firm tofu for the chicken.
