Directions Cook thoroughly. Thawing Instructions: Remove fish from all packaging. Place in a separate container, and thaw under refrigeration. Cook from Thaw Instructions: Thaw fish prior to cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Season to taste. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 18-20 mins. Grill or Broil: Cook for 6-8 mins per side. Saute: Cook on medium heat for 6-8 mins per side. Cook from Frozen Instructions: Place frozen fish on oiled baking sheet. Season to taste. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake for 25-30 mins. Grill or Broil: Cook for 8-10 mins per side. Saute: Cook on medium heat for 8-10 mins per side. Do not refreeze.
