Customize your bites: You will need: 2/3 cup peanut butter, or other nut butter - almond butter, sunflower seed butter, cashew butter 3 tbsp honey, or other sweetener - maple syrup, agave, cane syrup 5 tbsp water or other liquid - applesauce, mashed banana, fruit juice Makes 36 oat bites. Directions: 1. Combine - mix, peanut butter, honey and water in medium bowl. Stir until combined. 2. Scoop dough by 1 rounded tablespoon and form into balls. 3. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until chilled and firm. Store in airtight container in freezer or refrigerator up to 1 week. You control the sweetness. For lower sugar bites, omit the honey (or other sweetener) and add an additional 3 tbsp water.
