Directions Directions: 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boll. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. 2. Stir In Legume Risoni and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 9 minutes stirring occasional! 3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. To finish, rinse and drain, then toss legume risoni with your favorite vegetables or sauce. For more savory flavor, replace the water with your favorite broth. Keep in a cool, dry and clean place, away from strong light and odors.
