Directions Quorn Meatless Strips are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Ensure Quorn Meatless Strips reach an internal temperature of 165 degree F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the stove top. Stove Top (10 Min): Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Place Quorn Meatless Strips in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and piping hot. Microwave 1000W (4 Min 30 Sec): Place 1 cup of Quorn Meatless Strips in a microwave safe bowl. Add 1 tbsp water and cover loosely with plastic wrap. carefully and stir contents. Heat for a further. 1 minute 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Bowl and strips will be hot and steam may escape when removing plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage. Always cook thoroughly. All applicances vary, cooking times are approximate.
