Chicken Stir Fry: Stove top cooking instructions: 1. Place frozen sauce pouch in a bowl or cup of hot water to thaw. Do not microwave; 2. Saute chicken from pouch in a preheated nonstick skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil on medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute; 3. Add the pasta and vegetables from pouch and 1 tablespoon of water; Cover and reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring every 1-2 minutes; 4. Add the thawed sauce, mix well until heated thoroughly [about 1 minute] and serve. Cooking suggestion: Use a tablespoon of butter with oil for a richer flavor! Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, determined by using a food thermometer. Ready to eat in 11 minutes. Cook thoroughly. Keep unopened package in freezer until ready to use. Keep frozen.
