Directions Super Simple to Prepare: What you'll need: 1 packet of Aleia's Coat & Crunch. 2 Tbsp olive oil. 2 lbs chicken breast or tenderloin Non-GMO vegetable spray. Crank up the heat to 425 degrees F. Coat: Drizzle each chicken piece with olive oil, then coat using 1 packet of Aleia's breading mix in the shaker bag. Discard bag and any remaining breading mix. Crunch: Spray baking sheet with Non-GMO vegetable spray. Place on baking sheet and lightly spray tops of chicken with Non-GMO vegetable spray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for chicken, or 145 degrees F pork chops). Top: For coconut chicken or shrimp, add 1/4 cup of flakes coconut to breading mix. Sriracha Dipping Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 3 Tbsp sriracha cheese. 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice.
