Directions Cook thoroughly. Heat & Eat: Stovetop: 1. Heat 2 tbsp. of desired vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat. 2. Add 1/2 cup of Alpha Grilled Chik'n Strips to skillet and saute for 2 minutes, or until heated thoroughly. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Add 1/2 cup of Alpha Grilled Chik'n Strips into microwave-safe dish and cover. 2. Heat on high for 45-60 seconds, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwaves and ovens vary. Heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not overcook. Keep frozen. Tear here for tasty bites. Reseal when satisfied.
