Directions Cooking Instructions: 1. Use two parts water to one part rice. (Example: 2 cups water for 1 cup rice). 2. Bring water and 2 tbsp. of olive oil or butter (optional per cup of rice) to a boil. 3. Add rice mix and stir for one minute. 4. Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook undisturbed for 20-25 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. 5. Remove from heat. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy.
