Sugar, Gluten Free Flour Blend (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Natural Vanilla Flavor Powder (Sugar, Cornstarch, Vanilla Oleoresin).
Directions Brownies: 1 package Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie mix; 3 eggs; 1/2 cup melted butter; 1/4 cup water. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking pan (for a thicker brownie, use an 8 x 8-inch pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes). Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter and water and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. Makes 16 brownies. Mix it up! For extraordinary brownies, try one or more of the delicious additions: peanut butter; chocolate chips; peppermint extract; cinnamon; coconut flakes; chopped pecans; dried cherries; marshmallows; walnuts; instant espresso powder; orange zest. Store in a cool, dry place.
