No Yolks is a cholesterol free egg noodle substitute. They are made with enriched flour, enriched corn flour, and dried egg whites. They do not contain egg yolks. Nor do they contain artificial coloring or preservatives. No Yolks have the same taste and texture as egg noodles and they are equally nutritious.

No Yolks may be used in any recipe which calls for egg noodles. They combine particularly well with tuna an chicken to provide low cholesterol meals. Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add slowly 6 oz of No Yolks. Boil uncovered 15-18 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Initial cooking liquid must be at a boil when adding No Yolks.
