Directions Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Microwave Oven (for a 1200w Microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove film and stir; replace film. Cook on high an additional 30 seconds. Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying! Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen, my friend.
