Instructions: Step One: Remove bowl from carton and peel off parchment paper. Step Two: Microwave on high (1100w) 4 minutes 30 seconds. Remove bowl from microwave stir. Microwave on high 1 minute 30 seconds. Step Three: Allow bowl to cool for 1 minute. Enjoy! Cook thoroughly. For Food Safety and Best Quality, Follow these Cooking Instructions: Use caution as product and packaging will be hot. Adjustments to cook times may be required due to variation in microwaves. Do not reuse bowl. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer.
