Al Pastor Pork Recipe: Makes 6 servings/ready in 30 minutes. 1 package Little's Cuisine Street Taco Mix; 1/3 cup pineapple juice; 1/4 cup white vinegar; 1.5 lb pork shoulder; fresh pineapple, cut into chunks; 12 white corn tortillas. 1. Combine street taco mix, pineapple juice and vinegar. 2. Marinate sliced pork in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. 3. Cook pork as directed on hot grill or skillet. 4. Thinly slice pork and serve in warm tortillas. 5. To serve, fill warm tortillas with pork and top with fresh pineapple chunks, diced tomatoes, chopped red onions, cilantro, diced jalapenos and pico de gallo.
