Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Add Meat to your favorite cooker with 1 inch of water. Pressure Cooker - high pressure 40 min (add 35 minutes if frozen) Slow cooker - High 3-1/2 hours. Oven: Pre - heat to 350 degrees F. Cook covered for 2-1/2 hours. Remove from heat, shred with 2 forks and add 1/4 cup of the juice from cooker - Enjoy! Use or freeze by keep refrigerated.
