Directions Pancake Mix Instructions: 1. Combine 1 egg, 2 tbsp of oil and 1 cup of milk. 2. Lightly mix in 1 cup of Cinnamon Chip Pancake Mix. Batter may be thin. Let sit for 2-3 minutes for batter to thicken. 3. Cook on a hot griddle or pan until bubbles begin to form on top side of pancake, then flip pancake over. Cook until they reach a nice golden brown. Crispier waffles, add 1 tbsp of oil. Note: If batter is too thin, add a little more pancake mix to meet your preference. If batter is too thick add little more milk to meet your preference.
