Basmati Rice - Ultra.
Directions Cooking Instruction: 1 cup of Khazana Basmati Rice, 2 cup of water, 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt. Stove Top Instruction: Rinse measured rice 1 to 2 minutes to remove extra starch and drain. Place drained rice in saucepan and add measured water, oil and salt. Place saucepan uncovered over high flame and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Let water reduce slightly below the rice level and then lower the flame. Place a tight lid on the saucepan and simmer 20 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Rice Cooker Instruction: Rinse measured rice 1 to 2 times to remove extra starch and drain. Place the drained rice in the cooker. Add measured water, oil and salt. Cover the cooker, turn it on and cook for 30 minutes. Do not remove cover while cooking; steam cooks rice. Fluff with fork and serve. Microwave Instruction: Rinse measured rice 1 to 2 times to remove extra starch and drain. Place measure rice, oil and salt in microwave safe casserole; add two cups of water for each cup of rice and cover. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, then stir. Cover again and microwave on defrost for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Note: Use more water for softer rice less water for firmer rice. Storage: Always store the bag in a cool, dry and clean place. Once pack is opened, rice should be kept in an air tight container.
