Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave (for an 1100-watt oven): 1. Remove bowl from carton, peel back one corner of the film to vent. 2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes 30 seconds. 3. Carefully remove from microwave, and remove film. 4. Stir, and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. 3. Bake for 35-40 minutes. 4. Remove film completely and let stand for 1 - 2 minutes. For best flavor stir before serving. Keep frozen.
