Directions You will need microwave safe mug. 1/4 cup water. Tip: To cook two mugs at the same time, add 35-45 seconds to recommended cook time. (1) Empty one pouch of mix into microwave-safe mug (standard 11 oz. mug recommended). (2) Add water and stir with a spoon until well blended. Let batter stand 1 minute to thicken. Stir again. (3) Microwave on high based on microwave wattage (see chart). Let rest 1 minute before eating. Microwave Wattage: Below 1000 watts. Cook Time: 60-70 seconds. Microwave Wattage: 1000 watts and higher. Cook Time: 55-60 seconds. Note: Product may rise over the top of the mug but should not overflow during cooking. If edges appear wet. Microwave an additional 5-10 seconds. Product is done when top is dry and smooth but still light in color. High Altitude: Prepare as directed, adding an additional 10-20 seconds cook time.
