Directions Microwave Directions: 1. Remove sealed lid. 2. Add about 1/3 cup water or milk until oatmeal is covered. 3. Stir well and heat for 30 - 45 seconds. Steeping Directions: 1. Peel lid back halfway. 2. Add about 1/3 cup hot water or milk, stir, and cover for 2 minutes. Caution! Cup and contents will be hot. Warm Fresh Oatmeal in Seconds: Add water or milk until oatmeal is covered then stir well. Microwave 30 - 45 seconds.
