Shrimp Nests: Farm Raised Shrimp, Onion, Carrot, Kale and Tempura Batter [Water, Flour, Cornstarch, Rice Flour, Corn Powder, Salt, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Tapioca Starch, Sodium Acid Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate)] and Soybean Oil. Tempura Dipping Sauces: Soy Sauce (Soy Beans, Water and Salt), Sugar, Sorbitol, Glucose, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Modified Food Starch, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate.

Directions Keep frozen until ready to use. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Remove nests from tray. Place nests on non-stick baking sheet. Turn oven down to 350 degrees F. Place nests in oven on center rack. Bake for 18 minutes. Ovens vary. Cooking times may need adjustment. Deep Fry: Preheat cooking oil to 350 degrees F. Place nests in fryer, cook for 2 minutes or until golden and crispy. Do not overcook. For best results cook 4 - 5 pieces at a time. Dipping Sauce: Defrost the tempura sauce in hot water. Tiger Thai Dipping Sauce is concentrated. For best results dilute with up to 3 to 4 tablespoons of hot water per packet or to taste. Serve in a small bowl.
