Directions For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. You Will Need: 1-1/2 cups water. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Stove-Top Directions: Nonstick skillet recommended. Add oil and water to 10-inch nonstick skillet. Stir in potatoes. Do not add seasoning. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
