You Will Need: 1 1/2 lbs steak; 1/4 cup water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 2 tbsp white vinegar. Directions: 1. Mix packet contents with water, oil, and white vinegar. 2. Place steak in a sealable dish or resealable bag. 3. Pour marinade over steak. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat. 4. Marinate 30 minutes or longer. 5. Grill until desired doneness is reached. Tips: for a plant-based option, coat portobello mushrooms or vegetables with prepared marinade. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Grill.
