Easy Preparation: Serving for 4 persons. Bring 8 cups (2 liter) of water to boil. Add the noodles. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Strain. For a more al dente texture, rinse under cold water and then strain. Stir-fry with your choice of sauce. Store in a cool dry place.
