Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Remove from packaging and place in a medium size skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of olive oil or preferred oil, stir. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-6 minutes. Remove lid and gently stir the carrot spirals and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper or serve with your favorite sauce. Carrot Spirals will release water. Please adapt cooking times until water has completely evaporated. Do not overcook. If thawed do not refreeze. Keep frozen.
