Directions
Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Quick & Easy to Prepare: Stovetop: Remove number of portions desired from packaging. Add 1 teaspoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 2 minutes each side until crisp and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured with food thermometer. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray pupusas with non stick spray oil on both sides. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until golden and crisp and internal temperature of pupusas reaches 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to use. Needs to be fully cooked.
