Directions 4 steps. 12 minutes. 16 cookies. You Will Need: 1/2 cup peanut butter (Other nut butters may be substituted); 1 egg; 4 tbsp. salted butter, softened. Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or paper link baking sheet; 2. In a large bowl, first mix egg, peanut butter and butter; mixture will look lumpy; next add cookie mix and stir until a soft dough forms; 3. Make 2 inches round balls with the cookie dough and arrange on the baking sheet 1 inch apart. Makes approximately 16 cookies; 4. Bake 7-9 minutes or until edges are set. Cool and enjoy.
