Directions Buffalo Style Chicken: For baked wings: 2 tbsp unsalted butter. 5-1/2 lbs bone-in chicken wings (Follow safe handling practices and cook meat thoroughly.), tips removed. For sauce: 1 pouch Orrington Farms Organics Buffalo Style Sauce Seasoning. 3/4 cup water. 4 tbsp unsalted butter. 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar. Directions: Bake preheat oven to 425 degree F. Melt 2 tbsp of butter on sheet pan. Toss wings in butter and place on single layer on pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Mix contents of pouch with water in sauce pan. Heat sauce on stove top over medium high heat, whisk until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining butter and white distilled vinegar. Toss wings with 1/4 cup of sauce in bowl. Return wings to pan and bake an additional 15 minutes or until crispy. Toss wings in remaining sauce and serve. Slow Cooker: Mix contents of pouch with water until completely combined. Place 2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (Follow safe handling practices and cook meat thoroughly) in slow cooker; pour sauce over. Cover and cook on low 8 hours (or high for 4 hours). Add butter and vinegar to slow cooker, stir until well combined. Shred and serve. Pressure Cooker: follow slow cooker recipe above, reducing water to 1/4 cup. Cook for 10 minutes. or as directed by pressure cooker manufacturer. Shred and serve.
