Directions Ready in 6-10 minutes. , Preparation: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F., Heat 1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sausage. Saute 6-10 minutes, stirring frequently until mushrooms are softened and sausage cooked. Set aside. Spread a thin layer of remaining extra virgin olive oil across the top of the pizza crust. Spread Pizza sauce evenly over the surface and sprinkle 1/3 cup Fontinella cheese on top. Arrange mushroom mixture over cheese and sprinkle with thyme. Top with remaining Fontinella and Parmesan cheese. Bake according to instruction below. Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil., Heating Instruction: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place pizza on the center rack and bake for approximately 6-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown on the edges and crisp underneath. For softer crust place pizza on baking sheet, for crisper crust place directly on oven rack. Longer cooking time may be necessary if using a baking sheet, pizza brick
