Directions With 3 Simple Steps from Patak's, it's easy to create your own authentic Indian curry. Each kit has 3 pouches of pre-measured ingredients. Just add chicken. Included: Whole Spice Packet; Tikka Masala Spice Paste; Tikka Masala Base Sauce. Just Add: 1 tbsp cooking oil; 1/4 cup water; 1 lb diced chicken breast (Alternatively, use vegetables, shrimp or another protein of your choice. Adjust simmer time accordingly). Tikka masala in 3 simple steps. Read in 25 minutes. 1. Saute spices gently for 20 seconds in oil. 2. Add paste and water. Saute until water is almost evaporated, about 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Tips Before Serving: Remove whole spices. For a creamier curry stir in 1 tbsp whole milk or cream.
