Directions Keep refrigerated. Cooking: Skillet: Preheat lightly oiled non-stick skillet to medium high. Stirring occasionally cook for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Ground Turkey Breast should reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees F. Grill: 1. Spray or grease grill rack to prevent burgers from sticking. 2. Preheat grill on high. 3.
