Directions Classic Meatloaf: Prep: 10 min. Cook: 60 min. Serves: 8. Ingredients: 1 packet Victoria Taylor's Classic Meatloaf Seasoning; 2 pounds ground beef; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1/4 cup mustard; 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs; 2 eggs. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large bowl, combine Classic Meatloaf Seasoning with all the other ingredients. 3. Form a round loaf on a sided baking pan or casserole dish. 4. Bake for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve topped with additional ketchup or gravy if desired.
