Directions All You Need: 1 pack Weber Just Add Juice + 1/2 cup orange juice + 1-1/2 to 2 lbs chicken or pork. All You Do: 1. Combine marinade mix with orange juice in a resealable plastic bag; mix well. 2. Add meat, turning to coat. Place sealed bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer, turning bag occasionally. Tip: For optimum tenderizing, marinate 8 hours or overnight. 3. Remove meat and discard remaining marinade. Grill on preheated cooking grates. Instead of Orange Juice, Try: apple juice, good with salmon or tofu; mango blend, good with scallops or mushrooms.
