Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave recommended method : 1. Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.) ; Time on high; 1200; 3 -/2 min.; 1000; 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 min.; 700; 6 min. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open, enjoy into serving dish, stir. Stove-top: Important: do not heat pouch in boiling water. Heat cup water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan. Empty contents of pouch into saucepan. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. Keep frozen. Best when used by date stamped on box.
