Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards). Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Gas Grill: Pre-heat the grill to approximately 400 to 450 degrees F. Remove tenderloin from the package and place directly on the hot grill. Grill tenderloin turning every 5 minutes, browning on all sides. Grill approximately 20 to 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, measured with a food thermometer in the thickest portion. Let rest 3 minutes before slicing and serving. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove tenderloin from packaging and place in a shallow roasting pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn tenderloin and cook for about an additional 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F in the thickest portion measured with a food thermometer. Remove from oven and cover with foil. Allow tenderloin to rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
